Warranty

All our products are covered by  Manufacturing warranties, please refer to each individual item for the warranty specific to that product. All warranties are Manufacturer warranties, this means that the product is warrantied against defects at time of manufacture. Example of defects would be wood cracking or warping, veneer lifting, fabric issue and mechanisms not  working properly.

What's not covered:

Wear and tear 

Moisture damage 

Fading / sun damage 

Electronic USB

Caring for your furniture 

To extend the life of your furniture we recommend regular care.

Vacuum fabric lounge suites  regularly.

Rotate cushions where possible to even out wear.

Clean and condition leather 3-4 times a year.

Protect furniture from direct sunlight.

Tighten bolts periodically.

Never leave standing water on any wooden table  this can cause serious issues.

Only clean a wooden table with a a damp cloth and dry thoroughly.

Only used approved furniture polish on wooden surfaces, we recommend Sprayglow.

Outdoor furniture should be cleaned regularly and oil seasonal id required. To extend the life of cushions the should be store inside during the winter months
